The Most Popular Posts of 2018!

Happy New Year!

As has been my tradition since 2012, I'll do a little recap of the year for you. Here are the past posts if you're feeing nostalgic:

2012

I don't know about you guys, but I am currently sitting here with a two-year-old (who decided to stay up till midnight to ring in the new year last night) passed out on my chest, and empty champagne bottles, barbeque sauce covered crockpots, crumpled napkins, and half empty cups of eggnog scattered all around us, starting the new year off right by not caring and being contentedly lazy.

2018 was a great year for us. Our second baby was born (see the post here). She is the most sweet and smiley little girl I ever met and brings us such joy. She's very tough from being constantly pounced on by her big brother from day one.

I didn't post that much this year, being so busy with babies, traveling, weddings, BUYING A HOUSE (!!!!), etc., but here are the 5 posts from this year that have been the most popular...

The Top Five Most Popular Posts of 2018

5. Construction Truck Birthday Cake

This was my two-year-old's birthday cake this year. It was a big success, even though it caused a huge tantrum when he had to wait a few hours till his birthday party to play with the trucks. The terrible twos, people. We're there.

4. The Perfect Chocolate Mousse

Samuel's most requested dessert on the rare occasion that there is no moose tracks ice cream in the house.

3. White Queso Dip

This is so good. For our New Year's party last night, we made a beer cheese dip, which  I loosely based on this recipe, to go with Samuel's German soft pretzels, so I will have to post that soon!

2. Salted Caramel Five Minute Fudge

Sweet and salty, quick and easy, you can do no harm here.

1. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crumb Cake

Based on the apple version (linked below), this pumpkin coffee cake was sure to be a success!

5. Cream Cheese Apple Coffee Cake

Yum.

Made this last night since everyone is always telling me how awesome it is. I hadn't actually followed the recipe since I first made it up for this post in 2014. Well, guess what, it is the best after all.

3. Secretly Healthy Zucchini Brownies

Gooey, chocolatey brownies without the calories. Yes, please.

2. The Best Blueberry Muffins Ever

These muffins were the result of "The Great Muffin Experiment of 2015", which my sister and I conducted before I got married. They are, in fact, the best muffins ever.

1. Sundried Tomato and Spinach Stuffed Chicken

And my top viewed recipe this year is this simple, delicious, and beautiful pan of chicken.

I hope you all had a merry Christmas and have a happy new year! Don't forget to follow Yammie's Noshery on FacebookTwitterInstagram, and Pinterest or join the email list by entering your email address in the top right hand corner!
