These meatballs are the easiest appetizer for the holidays! This is my grandma's famous recipe.
This is my Grandma's famous recipe for cranberry sauce meatballs. They are three ingredients, because the meatballs themselves are always a big bag of frozen meatballs from Sam's Club.
I was going to make a brand new recipe for meatballs from scratch for this post. The only problem is, I had a little helper. He was "stirring" the meat mixture for me (read: stabbing a spoon in and out of it vigorously and flinging bits of raw meat and parsley everywhere). I turned around for one second, and he had dumped an entire bottle of garlic powder in and begun stirring (stabbing) it into the meatballs.
I decided to bake them anyway, but of course, I forgot to set a timer, got busy with the kids getting up to no good or something, and when I finally went to check on them, they were burnt to a crisp.
So, frozen meatballs it is.
Whether you choose to use frozen or homemade meatballs, they will be delicious. They taste like Christmas Eve and Grandma's house to me, but they would be great for any appetizer or even as a meal. Sometimes Grandma makes them and serves some buttered angel hair pasta on the side and some veggies for a complete meal.
Enjoy!
I thought this was crockpot meatballs? Are they good in the crockpot? I would assume you would cook them on low for about 6 hours.
ReplyDeleteGood afternoon! I recently decided to try sports betting and came across Download the 1Win App in Kenya and Claim Your Welcome Bonus Today! The app's interface is intuitive, so it was easy to find everything I needed. The app also offers interesting bonuses for new users, which was a pleasant surprise. So I'm sure you'll definitely like this app.

ReplyDeleteI recently came across this amazing recipe for a 3-ingredient Crockpot Cranberry Chicken, and it looks so simple and delicious! I can't wait to try it out this weekend. By the way, if anyone has tips on how to balance cooking and academic responsibilities, I'd love to hear them. Sometimes, I wish I could find someone to write my discussion post for me while I focus on meal prepping!
