Whether you're looking for low calorie and healthy or something decadent (or maybe both at the same time) I've got the recipe for you.

I have made all of these recipes successfully with gluten free flour as well.

My personal favorite: Grandma's banana bread muffins which are made all in a Ziploc bag without dirtying a single dish!

2. Grandma's Famous Banana Bread Muffins (made in a Ziploc Bag!)

Grandma's viral banana bread muffins are made without dirtying a single dish! She started making these for my celiac grandpa with rice flour decades before gluten free was cool (but they are great with regular flour too!)

And last, but not least: my most popular muffin recipe... my best bakery style blueberry muffins! These are my most popular for a reason. I spent many weeks perfecting these. They are soft and moist thanks to the sour cream and come out with the perfect tall crown every time.

Which recipe are you making?
