Philly Cheesesteak Wraps

Cheeeeese
Today I couldn't find anything good for lunch. We were pretty much entirely out of food. In fact, Dad was at Sam's Club at the time, to refresh our stockpile. So, all I could find for food was some leftover steak.
Now, my carnivorous brother, Tay, will sit down and eat a ginormous steak for an afternoon snack, but I am not typically interested in a solid hunk of meat alone. So, I decided to make Philly cheesesteak wraps for lunch, just to shake things up.

Philly Cheesesteak Wraps

1 big piece of steak, sliced thin
1/2 of a red onion
1/2 of a green pepper
3 T butter
4 soft tortilla shells
4 round slices of provolone cheese
Mayonaise

Saute the onion and pepper with the butter on medium high heat until the onions are carmelized and the peppers are pretty soft. Add the steak near the end.
Top each tortilla with cheese and then with steak. Roll up and toast on each side in a pan until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy. Then spread on mayo.

  2. Thanks for your help. By the way, do you know of any way I could stop the links from coming up in a separate tab?
