Herb Crusted Melt-in-Your-Mouth Pot Roast



It was an emergency. I didn't have a choice. I was bored. I was desperate. I had read pretty much every book in the house. All but one. One book in a cobwebby corner, trampled upon and forgotten.


Twilight.

So far... pretty hilariously cheesy. In fact, I was thinking I should do a based on books recipe for it. I mean, think of all the possibilities! I could do blood sausage or a Bloody Mary. Bloody rare venison steaks?

HA. No. I'm just kidding. I like my meat cooked. All day. Till it falls apart and is tender and succulent.
